Is this keycap compatible with my keyboard?
Our keycaps are designed for mechanical keyboard. If you're unsure about your keyboard's layout, please reach out to us with a picture of your keyboard, and tell us which set you're interested in. We'll be happy to assist!
What's the difference between keycaps, pre-built keyboard sets, and barebone kits?
- Keycaps: The individual caps placed on the keys of a keyboard.
- Pre-built keyboard set: A complete set including a keyboard with mechanical switches and keycaps.
- Barebone kit: A keyboard without switches and keycaps, allowing for customization.

What's the average shipping time?
Our global partnerships allow us to ship orders worldwide with an estimated delivery time of:
- North America/Europe/South America: 1-2 weeks
- Asia/Southeast Asia: 1-2 weeks
- Oceania: 1-2 weeks

Why is my order taking so long to ship?
Most delays are due to our thorough manufacturing and assembly process. We appreciate your patience and are committed to fulfilling your order as swiftly as possible. For any concerns, please contact us.
How does fast shipping work?
You can choose fast shipping during checkout. Please note, pre-built keyboards may require additional assembly time, which could affect delivery times.
How could l know the shipping tracking information?
We generally update order information 2-3 days after you place your order. We will send an email to the email address you purchased the product from with the shipping number. lf you would like shipping tracking details, please enter your shipping number on thetracking orderpage.
My package is missing. Can you help me?
If you have not received your delivered order or if your order was lost in transit.

What should l do if l want to return a product?
If you want to return pro first contact our customer service, please read our Return&Exchange Policy for details.
Will the refund be sent to my new Paypal account if i've changed my account?
If the PayPal account with which you paid your order is no longer available, please contact the PayPal customer service to reopen it. And then send an email message to us with your order number for a refund. We will return the money to your old PayPal account within 3 business days.
When will my refund be processed?
Upon arrival, please allow our returns team 1-3 business days to process your item. All items returned are thoroughly inspected post-arrival. Please note, refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days to reflect on your given bank statement. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

What payments can l use?

Do l have to fill in my apartment number?
If you live in an apartment please be sure to fill in your apartment number so that you can receive your shoes, otherwise we will have difficulty delivering them.

Where is my order?
Check the status of your online order at your convenience by logging into your account.If you don't have an account then you can check the email address you had when you placed your order and we will usually send a copy of the order information to your email address. If you still can't find it, you can contact our customer service department and we'll be happy to help you.
How do l cancel my order?
Generally, you can cancel your order after you place it but before it is shipped. To see if your order can be cancelled, contact our customer service department.
